Bright Eyes!

Lucy is becoming more alert by the day. She is really nosy and as soon as we go somewhere new she is constantly looking around her taking everything in. Her hands are a constant source of amazement for her and she has just started reaching out and grabbing things - she hasn't quite worked out how to let go though which is very funny to watch!

Out and About

We made our first visit to Kent with Lucy at the weekend. It took a massive 7 hours on the way down - luckily Lucy mananged to sleep the amjority of the way!! We also took Lucy to meet her Great Nana and Great Grandpa for the first time.

Snow

Nothing to do with Lucy but thought we would post a few pictures of the recent snowfall in Leeds. It's definitely the most we've ever seen here.

Lucy's Christening

We had a lovely day celebrating with family and friends. Lucy was a star during the service and didn't even cry when the priest poured water over her head! She gave her lungs a good exercise at the restaurant but was restored to her normal good humour after a feed and a sleep. Many thanks to everyone who made the day so special.

Please admire the christening gown. Lucy is the fifth generation of Katie's family to wear it! (we're amazed she managed not to cover it in sick or poo!!)
